訂花後幾時送到?What are your delivery timeframes?+

上午12點前落單,即日下午6點前送到香港各區(港島、九龍、新界)。如需指定時間送達,請喺落單時備註,我哋會盡量安排。Orders placed before 12pm are delivered same-day by 6pm across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. For specific time requests, please note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

啲花新唔新鮮?How fresh are the flowers?+

我哋每日清晨由黃師傅親自去花市挑選新鮮進口花材,包括荷蘭玫瑰、厄瓜多爾玫瑰同泰國蘭花。每個花束都係送貨當日早上新鮮製作,絕不預先包裝或雪藏過夜。Master Wong personally selects every stem each morning at the wholesale flower market. Every bouquet is made fresh on the morning of delivery — never pre-made or refrigerated overnight.

黃師傅真係會親手寫咭?Does Master Wong really handwrite the cards?+

係,每一張祝福咭都係黃師傅親筆書寫。你可以喺落單時輸入想寫嘅祝福語(中英文皆可),黃師傅會用毛筆或鋼筆親手寫上。呢個係我哋最引以為傲嘅傳統。Yes — every single greeting card is handwritten by Master Wong himself. You can include your message at checkout (Chinese or English), and he will pen it by hand — a tradition we have maintained since 2005.

送唔送離島區?Do you deliver to outlying islands?+

我哋目前提供港島、九龍同新界各區嘅即日送花服務。離島區(如大嶼山、長洲、南丫島)請提前一個工作天預訂,我哋會安排特別配送。We currently offer same-day delivery across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. For outlying islands (Lantau, Cheung Chau, Lamma), please order one working day in advance.

花束同網站圖片會唔會一樣?Will the bouquet match the website photo?+

我哋會盡量跟足網站參考圖片嘅風格同色系。但因為每朵花都係天然產品,個別花材可能因季節供應而有所調整。如需要更換主要花材,我哋會預先通知你。黃師傅會確保替代花材嘅質素同等或更高。We match the style and colour palette of the reference images as closely as possible. As flowers are natural products, specific varieties may vary by season. Master Wong ensures any substitute is of equal or superior quality.

有冇花樽跟埋?Does the bouquet come with a vase?+

一般花束唔包花樽,但我哋可以按你需要加配精選花樽(+HK$150起)。部份禮盒套裝已包含花樽,詳情請參閱產品說明。Standard bouquets do not include a vase, but you can add a selected vase (+HK$150 and up) at checkout. Some gift box sets include a vase — please refer to individual product descriptions.

接受公司訂購或長期合作嗎?Do you handle corporate orders?+

退款或更換政策係點?What is your refund/replacement policy?+

如果花束喺送達時有明顯品質問題(如花朵枯萎或損壞),請喺收貨後2小時內影相並聯絡我哋,我哋會安排免費更換或全額退款。因為鮮花屬易損耗產品,我哋無法就收貨2小時後嘅狀況提供保障。If your bouquet arrives with visible quality issues (wilted or damaged blooms), please photograph and contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. As fresh flowers are perishable, we cannot guarantee condition beyond 2 hours after delivery.
