1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed. Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) and are subject to change without notice.

2. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm HKT, delivered by 6pm to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control including severe weather and traffic conditions.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Order cancellations and modifications must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Product Variation

As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, size, and bloom stage may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when specific varieties are unavailable due to seasonal constraints.

5. Refund Policy

If your bouquet arrives with visible quality issues, please photograph the flowers and contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, claims made beyond 2 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order processing and delivery purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
